Hole Description
1 314 m Par 4 - A drive to the left hand side of the fairway opens the green for a short iron .
2 166 m Par 3 - The trees guarding the green should not cause a problem for a well struck medium iron.
3 329 m Par 4 - With out of bounds all down the right this can be a slicer's nightmare.
4 99 m Par 3 - For most this is a pitching wedge to a postage stamp green. A simple par or a very big number !
5 406 m Par 4 - Rated as Index 1, a long drive can be followed by another fairway wood, depending on weather conditions.
6 362 m Par 4 - The Bull Ring, where the green is guarded on the right by a fairy fort (and on the left by out of bounds!).
7 349 m Par 4 - Plays longer than it seems due to the uphill terrain and the tendency to play to the left to avoid the right hand ditch.
8 332 m Par 4 - Downhill all the way - although the tee shot must avoid a mature tree on the right.
9 254 m Par 4 - Rated Index 18 - a blind drive to a green which slopes gently away from the approach shot.
10 320 m Par 4 - A relatively benign start to the back nine - the left hand side of the fairway offers a birdey chance.
11 384 m Par 4 - A good test of driving, followed by a medium iron to a green guarded by a bunker on the right.
12 326 m Par 4 - A tight driving hole with no margin for error on the right hand side.
13 308 m Par 4 - A short hole - the last one before the first of the Par 5's.
14 460 m Par 5 - If you clear the ditch, beware of the lake on the right hand side with your second shot.
15 171 m Par 3 - The most difficult Par 3 - you need to be long enough to clear the bunkers and straight enough to avoid the lake.
16 476 m Par 5 - If you do not get involved with the lake or left hand ditch this hole can yield a par.
17 389 m Par 5 - A long Par 4, especially if the wind is blowing from the green - requires two good shots to reach the green.
18 491 m Par 5 - If you need a par this could be the hole - a fairly straightforward finish. |
