The stylishly presented dishes are best described as contemporary Irish cuisine with a wide array of international influences. Perhaps understandably, given the hotel's location, there is an emphasis on fresh seafood and our Chefs use only fresh local produce as they go about creating the gourmet experience that is the La Fougère table d'hote menu. |
