The Mitchelstown Caves
The
MITCHELSTOWN CAVES (call 052-67246 for information) are located on the
southern side of the sandstone Galtee Mountains. Although not quite
developed for tourism, they extend along around 2km of passages and
chambers in which you will discover wonderful textbook formations.
